The E3 Framework focuses on three elements that all staff and caregivers should consider when providing services or support to minimize harm and bias. Those core elements are Essential Skills, Engaging Interactions, and Effective Training. We combined evidence-based practices from the fields of behavior science and education to ensure the skills learned are maintained and generalized over time.
